The general contractor relied upon a “pay when paid” provision in the parties’ construction contract.
  • Rosenthal Law Group successfully defended a commercial property owner in achieving a settlement of a $173 million mortgage foreclosure case.
  • Rosenthal Law Group achieved summary judgment in favor of a commercial property owner against a personal injury claimant in a negligence slip and fall lawsuit.
