Earlier this month, Attorney Alex Rosenthal spoke at a meeting of the Florida Lawyers Network (FLN) about current legal issues surrounding commercial evictions. The presentation, titled “The Nuts and Bolts of the Commercial Eviction Process”, aimed to provide attendees with an understanding of the process from an initial default to the issuance of a writ of possession.
The FLN hosts a number of lectures on legal topics each year and this is not the first presentation Alex Rosenthal has given to its West Broward Chapter. In December of last year, he gave a talk about the potential pitfalls of advising a client on their social media use. By attending these events, attorneys can stay up to date on many of the significant issues in their field of practice.
Founded in 2010, the FLN is a state-wide network of lawyers who possess a demonstrated record of success within their legal fields. In order to be eligible for membership, attorneys must have more than five years of experience and an expressed commitment to the legal community. Attorneys who are part of the FLN can draw and contribute to the collective information, education, and experience of the entire network.
